Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 5 PM (EST) from Monday to Friday are processed within 48 hours, pending stock and payment checks. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Express Shipping
Select Express Shipping during checkout for faster delivery. Note that weekend Express orders begin processing on Monday.
Address Modifications
If your address is incorrect, contact us right away at [email protected]. Address changes can’t be made after dispatch.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Please file any claims with USPS.
Returns and Refusals
Packages that are refused or undeliverable will be sent back to us. We will notify you via email regarding reshipment options.
